Interested in EMDR Consultation?

I completed EMDR training with Sue Genest in 2021. Since then I have become an EMDR certified clinician and an EMDRIA approved consultant in training. As a consultant in training, I can offer hours towards completion of your EMDR basic training, or towards certification.

In addition, I work with Sue Genest to support trainees in her EMDR basic training course. My role includes facilitating practica and supporting trainees who are learning and practicing the EMDR protocol for the first time, and doing group case consultation. I have answered hundreds of case consultation questions in group consultation with trainees and in writing on Sue’s online forum, and I work with facilitators in training, with an emphasis on exploring how social location and aspects of identity and oppression influence EMDR practice and training.

To earn EMDR certification, and to further my own practice, I have continued to take advanced EMDR trainings and seek consultation. I have training in EMDR for pain and chronic health conditions, integrating parts and ego state work with EMDR including April Steele’s Imaginal Nurturing and Internal Family Systems for EMDR, restricted/contained reprocessing (EMDr/EMD), Flash Technique, and more. I very much enjoy supporting therapists in building their knowledge and skills in EMDR!
